Refund Policy

Ketchup Your Credit maintains a strict all sales final policy for its products and services, subject only to any non-waivable rights that may apply under British Columbia or Canadian law. By purchasing, subscribing to, or using any paid product or service offered by Ketchup Your Credit, the customer agrees that no refunds, reversals, credits, exchanges, or reimbursements will be issued for any reason, including change of mind, partial use, dissatisfaction, misunderstanding of the product, or failure to achieve any expected outcome.

Scope

This policy applies to any products, services, digital tools, educational resources, lead-forwarding services, consultations, memberships, subscriptions, downloadable materials, and any other offerings sold or provided by Ketchup Your Credit through its website or related channels. If a product or service is described at checkout, on an order page, in an invoice, or in a separate agreement as non-refundable or final sale, that description forms part of this policy.

For clarity, use of any debt repayment calculator, budget tool, educational content, or referral feature does not create any entitlement to a refund, compensation, reimbursement, or credit from Ketchup Your Credit. These tools and materials are provided on the terms already stated in your website policies, including that they are for informational and educational purposes only and that users remain responsible for their own financial decisions.ised-isde.

KOHO referrals

Any referral, link, or introduction to KOHO is provided strictly as a third-party referral only, and KOHO is an independent provider whose products and services are governed by its own legal terms, conditions, fees, disclosures, and policies. Ketchup Your Credit is not responsible or liable for any KOHO account fees, subscription charges, service charges, overdraft-related charges, card charges, usage fees, disputes, losses, or any other amounts charged by KOHO or connected to KOHO products or services.

Any concern, billing dispute, refund request, chargeback issue, or complaint relating to KOHO must be addressed directly with KOHO under KOHO’s own applicable terms and conditions. Ketchup Your Credit does not provide refunds, credits, reimbursements, or compensation for KOHO-related charges under any circumstances.

Dealership financing

Any automotive financing, auto loan, vehicle purchase, lease, warranty, protection product, add-on product, or other agreement entered into with a dealership, lender, broker, or finance provider is solely between the customer and that third party. Ketchup Your Credit is not a party to dealership purchase agreements, loan agreements, financing approvals, denials, pricing decisions, interest rates, vehicle terms, repayment obligations, or dealership disclosures, and assumes no responsibility for them.

Ketchup Your Credit does not issue refunds, reimbursements, credits, partial repayments, or compensation relating to dealership transactions, vehicle purchases, financing contracts, loan costs, down payments, monthly payments, ancillary products, or any dispute between the customer and a dealership or lender. Any issue relating to an auto loan, purchase contract, or dealership product must be resolved directly with the dealership, lender, or other applicable third party under that party’s own agreement and applicable law.

Legal note

Canadian consumer guidance states that businesses are generally not required to accept returns or provide refunds unless goods are defective or specific legal cancellation rights apply, and BC consumer guidance also emphasizes that refund and cancellation terms should be clearly disclosed to the customer. Because some statutory rights cannot be excluded, this policy should be read subject to any mandatory rights or remedies that apply under consumer protection laws that cannot legally be waived.
